Lego Storm Trooper Snack Madness

I found this awesome set of molds on Amazon (Lucentee Silly Ice Cube Trays Candy Molds, Building Bricks and Figures with Bonus Ebook) for Lego characters.

I got them today, filled them with the following:

Little Storm Troopers filled with coconut yogurt-some mixed with chia seeds, others with strawberry preserves

Large Lego blocks filled with pureed frozen strawberries with a little bit of apple juice to help them blend better

Froze them up (only took a couple of hours since they're small), put on a platter with fruit and the kids went nuts! What could be a more exciting treat for kids? And little do they know it....it's so good for them! I would highly recommend this snack for any child-picky eater, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, just any old regular kid! They loved it!!

The combinations are endless....fruits, vegetables with flax meal, yogurts, you name it!
