So, I'm six months into eating gluten free. I've had some good cookies out at bakeries that are gluten free. I've made a couple of bad recipes at home. Finally, I have a great....no, unbelievably great recipe for gluten free chocolate chip cookies. My kids don't know the difference and I feel like I get to have something that's maybe even better than what I'm used to (and that's saying a lot considering my milk-your-own-cow-make-your-own-butter upbringing). They are crisp on the outside, chewy, buttery, totally wow. Made with grass fed dairy butter and a blend of GF flours. Anyone want the recipe?
