Are you short order cooking every night?  Does your child only eat a handful of items?  I can help through a process of establishing set meal times, offering a variety of food and creative ideas to get your child to accept more foods.  I believe in Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility when teaching your child healthy eating habits. Parents and children each have their own role and I can help support you in this way of eating.
