Elizabeth Bahnsen, RDN

 A Boulder Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

After graduating from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Service Management, Elizabeth attended her dietetic internship at Penrose St. Francis Healthcare System in Colorado Springs.  She immediately started her career in foodservice management as a General Manager in the corporate dining environment.  Managing the cafeteria at the corporate headquarters for in Seattle, WA was one of the highlights of her career.  

After, she took a position with an amazing store in the Pacific Northwest  called Metropolitan Market as a Product Specialist for the deli departments, creating recipes, choosing new ready to eat foods to sell and buying cheese, charcuterie and deli specialty items.  

Currently a Member of:

11 years of motherhood-creating family meals, adapting recipes, working through nutrition issues and learning to be a gluten-free mom myself.
