After graduating from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Service Management, Elizabeth attended her dietetic internship at Penrose St. Francis Healthcare System in Colorado Springs. She immediately started her career in foodservice management as a General Manager in the corporate dining environment. Years of work in the foodservice industry and wellness led her to start her own business in meal preparation services.
